We are in search for my Uncle who was adopted by a family member and have run into road blocks trying to find him. His name at birth was Gary Allen Sims, born abt 1946 in Chicago, IL. His natural father was Leveart "Larry" Sims and mother's name is believed to be Reba Minns. He has sisters, brothers, neice, & nephews who would like to know about his life and if he is still living.

It has been over 25 years since I have seen most of my school mates and very few I still have contact with. Most of us have moved on away from Hokes Bluff or even further to other states or countries. As it becomes available to me I will be adding other Hokes Bluff High School Alumni and hopefully their before and after photos (free).
I prepare income tax returns for my main source of income. I have been rallying to have our taxable social security threshold on our Federal Income Tax Return increased. Due to the high cost of living most taxpayers are forced to work after they start receiving their social security benefits. Others elect to continue working even though they have put aside a retirement nest egg to stay active. The income thresholds have not changed since 1983 (50%) and 1993 (85%) while our incomes continue to increase each year due to cost of living. This has to change! Soon everyone will be seeing their social security taxed as their income increases. Our living expenses are increasing so much that it leaves us no choice but to continue to work.
